Could you please tell me which one you would pick. I have an extra TS and want to try one of these.

i love marrakesh!I think i read some were that san angel is being refurbished for you future enjoyment:goodvibes

That's a tough one. We love both of them. Both have great theming and wonderful food.

f you've never had Moroccan food I'd go with Marrakesh as you can get Mexican food anywhere. There's entertainment at Marrakesh as well...an instrumental trio and belly dancer...which is lots of fun.

Not knowing your group and what kind of food they're into, I, personally would pick Marrakesh.

There's variety if you have a "picky eater" (Shish Kabob - meat on a stick - how can you go wrong?) and the lightest, most fluffy couscous I have ever had.

I've gone to San Angel twice and never really enjoyed it.

Marrakesh. Haven't been to it, but I have been to San Angel and thought it was one of the worst meals I've ever had in my life and definitely tied for the worst meal I've ever had at WDW. FYI, I prefer Taco Bell over San Angel.:lmao:

Can you get the Taste of Morocco on the DDP? It is around 43.00 a person and just wondering if I could get that with my dining credit next week. TIA

I have always liked San Angel for the atmosphere, I just think it is pretty inside. That said, the food at Marrekesh is really fantastic. My husband and I had the taste of Morocco when we were there in 07 and it was included in the DPD. It was truly one of my favorite meals that trip. I am not a fan of lamb but the lamb they served was so delicious.

We had mediocre food at both locations, but San Angel Inn has a GREAT atmosphere and Morocco has the belly dancer show - go with whatever you're into ;)

I'm really interested in this as well. We ate at San Angel a few years ago. We loved the atmosphere but we had extremely slow service and the tables were crushed together that you could hardly walk through. The food was okay, but I noticed that the menu has changed since we were there. Anyone eaten there recently?

We were going to give San Angel another try but now it sounds like Marrakesh may be a good place to try instead.
