) He is a kitchen manager that puts a lot of pride into his work. He works the grill/broiler because if something goes out not up to par, it is his fault and he is the one to go out into the dinning room and talk to the customer. (like I said, he puts a lot of pride into his work) He might be more picky than the average person for this reason, but he said the steak was terrible and the shrimp was not deviened. He only ate part of it and felt bad the rest of the night. It was supposed to be cooked to m/rare, but it was m/well, and he won't eat shrimp that has not been deviened. My burger was supposed to be medium, but came out m/well, also. He said that the person running the broiler must not know what they are doing.
