Mardi Gras at Disneyland?

I thought they did something to celebrate Mardi Gras in New Orleans square. I was there but didn't see or hear anything. Did I miss it somehow, or did I dream the whole thing? :confused3
 
I've seen on the boards the WDW is having a special mardi gras celebration but no news on DL.
