I have played tour guide at Universal for first timer friends a few times. The 22nd I have to do it again but the newbies are doing the Mardi Gras after 5 tickets. The park is open until 10. The parade starts at 9. How would you guide them to the not-to-be-missed headliners? I'll have FOTL but they won't. Can they get after 5 express passes?
