Just did this Sunday night and thought it was a great value.
As mentioned above, one free beer, wine or specialty mixed drink during the boil portion along with unlimited bottled water, soft drinks and lemonade. The crawfish boil is done up in one pot so if you wanted to separate crawfish from shrimp you would need to tell them in advance and would probably have to wait a bit for it to cook, though we were able to get a few separate ears of corn after finishing what we were initially given. Portions are enormous, at least, for two people as we were, and they also offer bread and the chicken jambalaya (which, to be honest, was not great - flavor was fine, but chicken was dry). Food and beverages are completely tableside, no need to get up, and there are plenty of servers on hand. Performers from the parade came over for a good 20+ minutes for a personal meet and greet with folks at the boil. Tables are communal, but there is space in between. We ate at 4pm knowing we'd be having dessert at 6:45pm when the parade viewing area opened up. This timing was good, but some came directly from the boil and said they were too full for dessert. A group next to us had little kids and they brought over chicken fingers and fries and apple juice for them, though I believe they still paid the full price (on the website) for the kids.
Dessert portion was wonderful - uncrowded, unlimited soft drinks, bottled water, hot tea, coffee (decaf and regular with cream and sugar), prosecco and sparkling cider in small Despicable Me cups. Desserts are limited to beignets and king cake. I am not a fan of beignets, but they were good and tasted fresh. Their king cake is basically cinnamonized biscuit dough with white royal icing and sanding sugar, but I definitely ate my weight. King cake was also fresh, still hot/warm when served. Everything is serve yourself except the prosecco.
Bart and Homer came for a meet and greet before the parade just for people in the separate area. When the parade started there was plenty of viewing area on the curb and we were right at the beginning/end so we had SO MANY BEADS afterward.
