Work weekend so both days just my 15 min core with stability ball sit ups.

  And there's nothing wrong with being a PART-TIME couch potato.  After those usually killer long mileage runs on Saturday mornings, I turn into the world's biggest sloth!

  Once I get these knees back in shape, I'm shooting for 2-2:10 at the Wine and Dine.  I'd even have to be happy with 2:20 since I HAVE to stop for a pic with Pluto of course!
 knees by mile 8 I ended up walking more than running the last 5.  BUT I did set a moderate goal not knowing how the knees would hold up (2:30) and I finished in 2:27.
