Dx was joint effusion and hemarthosis. The swelling was huge and the pain was unbearable. Back on track after two shots of morphine and a day's worth of Vicodin. I had to cut waaaay back.

I did a 30 minute kettlebell class yesterday, and 25 minutes of the 30 Day Shred today, which bring me to:

:cheer2: I never imagined I would make it by the half month! I wanted to say thanks for keeping this board going! When I want to quit, I think of how many more minutes I can add to my tally. It's a big motivator!

I didn't exercise Wednesday and Thursday, and I got stiff and grumpy! Only one day between workouts if I need a break!!

25 minutes walking this morning and 50 minutes on the elliptical bring me to 704/1400.
