Marching into March: Exercise Challenge!

45 for me - 35 running and 10 on the elliptical brings me to 361/900.

As a group, we have done 9122 minutes of exercise; I have a feeling we will easily break 10,000 by the weekend if not tomorrow!

Good evening everyone! Managed a walk at work this afternoon putting up posters for an event as my perfect excuse. Got 25 minutes in. New total 170/620.

Creative!

Ran/walked the 5k course for the races held in our town. It was windy and sunny and I was overdressed, but I hit a BEST AVERAGE RUN TIME today! Woohooo. Some of my running intervals were in the 11mm range, which is new for me as they've been consistantly in the 12s for months.

I'm here to tell you - I'm nearly 51, just started walking last June, and I'm tickled pink (or maybe orange after today!) to see time improvements that I didn't expect. Yay to Runkeeper for breaking it all down for me.

That's so awesome!! and yes, you are definitely Clemson orange today. (Sorry, couldn't resist! my first college football game was Clemson/A&M Military Day. There was a flyover. It was awesome.)

Well the major snow storm busted my training to do a 30 minute walk so instead I did 30 mins on the bike while watching a podcast :cool1: feels so good. To stay on my training even if Mother Nature says no :rotfl2:

Tomorrow I have my first long run of 3 miles its also my birthday :goodvibes

60 min walk today.

Came home last night to a "gift" from my dear 18 year old cat. Went to do my stability ball situps and went splat on the floor as it deflated. Found several little holes. Guess she was tired of me spending time with the ball instead of her. :rotfl2:

Now I have to go buy another one.
