Day 2 of 90 day body revolution
130/700
Is that the Jillian Michael one? I started that on Sunday as well, just did my first cardio session this morning!
625/930 - just realised that this is already 2/3!!![]()
If you are already going 5k, you should have no problems at all in November.835/1600
Ran a 5K this morning! (On my treadmill, but still...) If I can do that now, I am less nervous about the Disney 5K in November. Feeling happy. Also other assorted strength exercises today.
Congrats on that 10k progress!Finished week 3 of Runner 10k! This thread made me realize how sedentary I became this winter, with all of the polar vortex and snow days. Yikes!

Hope it went well!965/1500
Heading to bed a bit early tonight. Running my first race tomorrow morning. (That's a phrase I never thought I'd say!) It's a 3k. I'm excited and nervous, all in one!
Ok, good. I was going to ask if there was an error, but I see you caught it.Yesterday - a yoga for runners video (man, I'm inflexible) and thighs: 35 minutes
Today - what do you do with 14 inches of snow? (after you cry a little bit on the inside?) go snowshoeing! and thighs: 67 minutes
102 minutes
correcting a math error on my last post brings my tally to:
375/875
Yes! I have been meaning to do it for over a year but race training has always gotten in the way. I'm now a girl without a race so I'm doing it! I started on mar 1, then I got sick, so then I did day 2 yesterday. I'm going to do day 1 tonight (I hope) and tomorrow ill run instead of the cardio tape I think. Then back to days 1 and 2. What do u think so far? I was so sore from day 1 but day 2 was easier for me. Guess my backside muscles are stronger than my "front"!
I am at 1199/2014. Right on track, but mentally struggling.
We didn't get a lot of snow but enough to make it icy and for the second time this year I fell on the ice yesterday.I landed mostly on my side so my arm took most of the impact. The ice was gone by last night so we walked outside, but I seriously considered just skipping my mile and ending the ~14.5 months streak. But I did it. We actually went 3 miles. I guess sometimes you have to do things just because. I don't want to 'quit' something I have been doing for over a year at a 'weak' point but would rather make a conscious decision to stop/take a day off. Does that make sense?
Hope everyone is having a great week.![]()
