Finally a nice day, tomorrow back to cold and dreary, so skipped the gym and got out for a 4-mile walk, slower pace than I like with a small dog with me who sniffs everything LOL But great for me and him to get out!! 80 min.
 
Sorry to be a little awol. :)

I will update either later this evening or in the morning. It is gorgeous today (upper 70s), so planning on a run outside tonight, but unfortunately freezing weather is back tomorrow (low of 17--boo!).

Was out all day as I was meeting friends for a film tonight. So, made sure to plan to walk from work to cinema and hot a nice 35 minute brisk walk!

Us too! It nearly killed me to not go out and run but doc said one more day and then the pink eye will be gone and I can put in my contacts! Still feeling under the weather but not enough to keep me down anymore.

So 30 min Pilates for me tonight. I think that brings me to 60/700.

35 arc/35 elliptical this morning. Cool to see my speed, calories, and levels all getting higher lately on these, feeling more in shape every day!

Ran a 5K this morning! (On my treadmill, but still...) If I can do that now, I am less nervous about the Disney 5K in November. Feeling happy. Also other assorted strength exercises today.
 
180 more minutes since last posting. Walking, SWIMMING! water aerobics, and back to NY. Warm one day to fool us, now freezing rain!!!!

360/930 so far. back to the gym this week.
