Hi everyone. This is my first challenge. I would like to lose 64 pounds.
I'm going on the DIS Unplugged Podcast Cruise on May 10th and would like to lose 20 pounds before the cruise. I have lost a lot of weight in the past so I know what I need to do. I just needed to get my butt in gear.
I'm going to put in for 2400 minutes for this month.
It's about time I checked in here. I haven't started moving yet this month so hopefully this will get me moving again. I did have a good month last month (yes, I finally posted that total, too) and I needed some rest but it's time to get moving again!
Julie, I sure hope this is a better month for you. It rally sounds like you had your trials last month. I really appreciate your efforts in this thread. It helps many of this stay motivated.
3/1--100 min on the treadmill
3/2--45 min on the stationary bike
This is my first challenge, exercise is not the problem with my weight loss, for me it is what I eat. This will be a good way to make sure I stay motivated though. I would like to put in for 1000 minutes. I hope to do more, but the last two weeks of March, my kids will be home on Spring break, and that usually hurts my work out time.
