March Exercise Challenge -

3/20 60 mins - 30 strength; 30 spin class

3/21 120 mins - 60 boot camp; 60 cardio on t-mill, crossramp and bike.
 
Did not do Day 9 of the strength training program. The lower back was killing me - and still is. So I just did some interval training on the treadmill and a few yoga stretching moves:

40 minutes on the treadmill
5 minutes of yoga/stretching

Total of 45 minutes

Another update for the week for me so far.

Sunday: 90 mon of ice hockey
Tuesday: 45 min walk with my son
Wednesday:37 min track workout
Thursday: 54 min run (5miles)

March 22: 40 minute outdoor trail jog with DH and DD in the jogging stroller

That trip to Seattle did not do a lot for my workout minutes! I did get some walking in (wish I'd had my pedometer!) and even a run on the hotel treadmill. I was looking forward to coming home and getting lots of minutes in, but it has been snowing!! :confused3 Tomorrow's a new day! :)
