Wow, over halfway!
To Tiki, getting your pace to 14 min/mile - good for you! I'm trying to do a combination of running some days, walking other days and cannot seem to run faster than I walk and cannot break 17 mm when I walk. So 14 mm is wonderful in my book - can't wait until I get to that point.
