Wow, over halfway!

To Tiki, getting your pace to 14 min/mile - good for you! I'm trying to do a combination of running some days, walking other days and cannot seem to run faster than I walk and cannot break 17 mm when I walk. So 14 mm is wonderful in my book - can't wait until I get to that point.

There have been some points where I have just felt like "Why am I doing this? I am just never going to be able to jog more than 3 minutes for the rest of my life!" Good thing I didn't pay attention! ;)

3/10 - walking dog, briskly - 40 mins
3/11 - 1/2 marathon training on dreadmill - 91 minutes

Tiki, the past two days have just been generally yucky - not horrible, but frustrating in several ways. It seems as if I've gone a few steps back and I'm aggravated at myself.

All that to say, I really needed your sweet message - thank you!!!! That gives me so much encouragement for the future...

March 12: 40 mins Zumba. I treadmill the most for my workout so this was a nice change that made me realize I really need to work out my arms more! Tomorrow should be interesting!

Tiki--Super job! I have a loop I run (plod) that's 3.27 miles which I think is close to a 5K and this weekend I made it in under 40 minutes! :woohoo: You are very right. When I started C25K last spring I never thought I'd be able to run for more than 90 seconds. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming :fish:
