My son (7 yrs) knows I'm taking him to DLR, but he doesn't know when we're going. I did tell him how many days we're going because he loves Disneybounding and wanted to know how many outfits he can plan for. (So far he wants to be Pooh, Bruce the Shark, and Lighting McQueen.

) He also loves planning the trip with me, so every day he asks me if I have any more Disney questions for him, like what food we want to eat, or what characters are on the top of our list to find, or what are the top 5 attractions at each park we want to get to.
But it's killing me not telling him how many days before we go! I want to have a countdown timer on my computer, but I know he'd figure it out if I did that. Some mornings I've almost blurted out "x more days until we go to
Disneyland!!!" when I woke him up for school.
I told him that we would pack our suitcases and carry-on bags and leave them in the family room, and then one morning when I wake him up, I'll tell him that we're headed to the airport instead of school/church/errands.
