That's good to know. We booked WestJet for our August trip that we'll be cancelling.

I just found out that if you can't use your WJ credit within two years they will extend it for another two years for a fee of $21. So really you have four years to use it (though if we cancel which I think we will soon I'm sure we will use it before two years is up.)

We just cancelled our mid-June trip to L.A.
Didn’t know what to expect but it took me 5 min online. So glad the travel bank good for 2 years.

You're welcome I only going that info by digging around on their website a bit. You'd think they would want that info our there with so many people getting credits.

Wow...that's awesome. Definitely worth the $21 if you can't use it.
We also lost our porter flight in March and they give you 1 year to use it...and that's final.

Ouch, 1 yr?? That's not right!! I understand people being upset to get flight credits rather than a cash refund but really, four years to use your credits is VERY generous IMO.
