March airline tickets

There are 4 adults going to DW, March 9th to the 18th. Unfortunately, these dates are not flexible. Right now, on Kayak the lowest airfare is about $398 each. Is our time frame considered spring break and that is why the fare is so high. We flew to MCO last May and our tickets were about $240. I am really hoping these prices come down. We are flying out of Washington Dulles. When I priced tickets out of Regan they were even more. What do you all think?

Yes, that is considered the first week of Spring Break. I don't think you'll find $240 for that time. Sending pixie dust your way!!
