Planning 1st trip to WDW for grandson's 5th birthday, March 15-19, 2011. Realize this is peak season. Will do package to include 2 adults and 1 child, 3 day park tickets, quick service dining plan, and some type of character meal on his birthday that we will pay out of pocket I am assuming. Are discounts normally offered during peak season - I am hoping so. I see current discounts offered end during first week of March and pick up again in May. Let's wait and watch together for Peak Season deals ...

I will be there at the same time. From what I understand there have been discounts offered at that time for at least the last three years. I am hoping that we see something pop up soon....getting antsy!

Joining this thread - we just changed our trip to March 26 - April 2. Haven't booked yet, but will as soon as my new Disney Visa arrives We had planned to go mid-April, but that conflicts with a lot of stuff at home AND my sister and her boyfriend will also be doing Disney for part of our March timeframe (also going to Daytona for a wedding), so it will be even more fun!!!! REALLY, REALLY hoping for a great discount. We'll be staying at the Polynesian (3rd time) and doing the DP. We've gone in May in the past, so the current prices are really high for us. a 40% discount or a 4/3 deal would be just lovely
