We've got our youngest DH (9) e-mailing away with several others his same age.

Now, certainly there must be some DS's 11 or 12 out there, that would like to make a friend before the cruise?

Light snow in MN today, wind is supposed to pick up and get a bit nasty. temp starting to plummet, currently 0F here.

March 16 is not coming fast enough for me!

Hey, Pop5! Yes, we live in Hoover. I have a son (Chase)who will be 9 in April. He was so disappointed that it didn't snow last night. It's miserable enough today with this nasty cold rain. If your 9-yr-old wants to email him, send one to kyleandsima@bellsouth.net . Hope you stay dry today!

Hey guys...since I've never cruised before, when will we get our packet in the mail with the luggage tags and all that stuff? Just wondering. Thanks!

Hey Greentad, I will give him your sons email. Im glad to know you have a 9 year old. My 2 little ones will be in the same club and so will my older 2. I was concerned about him being alone without a buddy. What are his hobbies?? pop5

Sima. . .you'll get tags and boarding info about 2 or 3 weeks before the cruise. You can fill out a lot of the paper work on line and save a lot of time at the port! Be sure to preregister the children on line for the kid's club.

Jen. .. you might check with Iowa6 about a girl for your daughter to e-mail. My DD is writing one of the girls from that family!

We live in Riverchase. DS (10) is in 4th grade at Riverchase Elementary and DD (16) is in 10th grade at ASFA (AL School of Fine Arts).

We are driving down early on Friday 3/16 and staying at Country Inn & Suites in Cape Canaveral

Irish cowboy, we live near the summit. My oldest boy is 15 in the 9th grade. I havent posted too much but i think ive read every post everywhere about every cruise. i just planned this cruise 2 weeks ago and im obsessed!! i cant imagine all the time i would have spent on these boards if i had planned it a year ago!!!

I can't believe how close the cruise is getting!!! It's waaay cold here today and only going to be colder this weekend. I'm trying to concentrate on the feel of warm sand between my toes.

In 6 short weeks, we should be arriving at the Radisson and then our cruise 3rd Disney Cruise!

Feeling the warm tropical breeze! (I know all you midwesterner are wishing for that warm tropical breeze and so are we southerners today ) What fun we are all going to have!

Stacy has a lot of school project due before spring break. . .we have a lot of work to do this weekend!

Well you got me beat in 6 years for this will be our 8th and like i said booked the 15night repo cruise in 2008 but might have to squeeze another before then cause March 17,2007 and then have to wait till Aug 2008 is a longggggggggggg stretch....Hahahahahahaha...... But I know there are soooo many more who have cruised more then both of us together...LOL.... Im sooo Jelous... Have a great day and chat soon everyone....

Susan--I saw you were thinking about the Nov 08 Double Dip. I'm working on DH to book that one while we're onboard. I have what like 6 weeks to convince him? Should be no problem.

Stacie--keep on working on DH! We went ahead and booked because the price was pretty reasonable for Thanksgiving week, and I was afraid the price might go up. However, I plan to try to rebook onboard and see if it's a better deal. If so, we'll cancel our current reservation when we get home. I hope you get to go! It would be a lot of fun to get to go on two cruises together!

Maybe everyone is busy packing.

DH finally went and applied for his passport this morning, so I guess we'll take him with us.
We went shopping this weekend and found DD a swimsuit and some capris, and DS some shorts. We had no luck finding newborn swim trunks (can you believe it, after all it is 2 degrees outside in the middle of Iowa in February). I ordered some online this morning. We did find Andy a "suit" to wear for formal night. I wonder how long he'll let his sister pick out his clothes for him.

I was a shopping fool this weekend! I couldn't believe all of the bargains I found! I got several pairs of capris for myself as well as several dressier shirts for dinners. I also got my daughter some nice shirts that she could wear to dinner. The great thing was that everything I bought was on sale cheap!!!
