Did a 10 mile run today in a long sleeve and shorts here in DC. It was high 40s but drizzling. So the long sleeve was more about keeping the rain off. If its high 40s at the start I'll go shorts and shirtless. Low 40's I'll bring a shortsleeve that I'll lose on the course and a longsleeve or something at hte start to toss. Would really depend on wind.
I would also go shirtless, but that would just be wrong in so many ways for me and the people who would have their vision scarred as I jiggle, I mean jog by.

I even wore them for the marathon last year after having a wardrobe malfunction with my tights during the half (meaning that I ran with them for almost all my long runs, but I always had my Gu in my hydration belt... when I put the Gu in the pocket of my tights during the half, I was pulling my tights up every 2 minutes, and I was going to have twice as much Gu (obviously) for the full as for the half.... so my nice expensive running tights got replaced with my (also very expensive) comfy yoga pants that I sleep in some days).
Lululemon! I don't have any of their running gear, but I end up running in their Groove Crops more often than not. I also use them for yoga (duh!), coaching, grocery shopping, hanging out around the house and, yes, occasionally sleeping. I also finally shelled out the money for a scuba hoodie a couple months ago and i'll be living in that thing while in Disney this week.
