If anyone is planning to be in Epcot before the HH meetup today, can you look to see if it’s belle or aurora meeting in France? DD wants to meet her while wearing her BBB dress but it’s going to be soooo hot I don’t want her wearing it all day, nor do I want to pack it around the parks.

Some year I’ll make HH but not this year. Confirmed I have to go SOG to pick up the wristband for the AK event my group is having. So starting and staying at Magic Kingdom for the day for convenience.

If things go better tomorrow morning timing wise I’ll see if I can’t make the light pole. But this morning took forever. No issues just took time

I was disappointed there weren’t any skittles in my box, and then I realized those were probably left over from Halloween last year. I imagine that “cheese” will survive the apocalypse.

My box this morning didn’t have the waffle in it, but they were handing it out separately (the PB&J one), but my box yesterday had the waffle in the box.

Did anyone who was in corral A this morning think the pushing to the front was out of control? It was bad. One guy finally had enough and spoke up to two guys pushing forward. Thought we were going to have a nice little fight before the race. One guy, who is an influencer, pushed forward with his entire posse. It was unreal. They need to start putting the group dividers out early to stop people from pushing to the front.

ETA: it’s Belle all day, and she’s in her blue dress greeting by the tree in btw France and Morocco (not the gazebo like the app may say).

Day two of the breakfast challenge:

I don’t know if it’s just because I’m starting back further than normal, but course etiquette with photos was rough today. There was a group of 3 girls who literally passed a photo bc they didn’t know what it was, turned around and ran back to it, and then completely stopped with their arms around each other right in front of me. Then at another photo stop there was a man standing right in front of it taking a pic of two people off to the side. All of these people were wearing race shirts so they may be less experienced, but you have to know something about runDisney to get registered I would think considering they sell out so quickly.

Interesting about them expanding 5K registration. I wonder if they will make other changes there (like adding timing or PoT). That race already feels so crowded.

Another thing that I think runDisney struggles with is the Galloway method. I use it myself and love it. But it does make “walk on the right, run on the left” more complicated. I find that I often have to run (more like jog) on the right bc I am trying to stick over there for walk breaks. But also there are people walking all the way across to the left which shouldn’t be happening.

Yeah there was a lot of people pushing forward. But equally as crazy to me were all the people ducking under the tape into the first wave after they put it across.
