I love this idea! Am also considering driving down to Boston to spectate, now that I'm close enough. Tips appreciated for either or both.

We spectate Boston every year! We avoid downtown and cheer near our house - mile 13. So many great spots with easy parking etc, if you are ok with not being near the finish!
