I tried running a 1/2 on the weekend and my knee crapped out so had to stop at 7 miles (10:15 pace)
Need rest and more lower body strength training before my race 1/2 on Mothers' Day (need to finish that one for my coral placement).

Thanks!! Strength training is something I really need to work on and that's part of the reason why I'm planning on taking a little break from running for a couple weeks now that my half is over. I've been struggling with injuries for the past two years on and off and I think strength training would solve those issues for me. Rest up and best of luck on your race!
