Mandarin Spa at Dolphin

I seem to recall that we were able to use the relaxation area at the Mandarin spa a few years back, for free. Is there anything else at the Mandarin spa that is no cost? For example, showers, steam or sauna? Thanks. (and this would be without booking a service).
