Mandara Spa service charge/tipping question

I booked a massage for me & DD. The brochure states there is a 20% service charged added. Is that the tip or do I need to tip in addition to that? TIA.

I always go there for a pedicure when we go to Universal. When I check out they tell you we added the 20% tip, is that okay. Depending on the service, I have added more to the tip on occasion. Enjoy!

Myself and DD are looking for a spa treatment when we visit in 3 months time - it will be DD's 18'th birthday when we check out of our Universal hotel (probably RPR) and go over to OKW at Disney. She wants to do the spa on a day other than her birthday anyway, so wondered if Mandara Spa was nicer than the one at SSR?

Sorry, I haven't been to SSR in a few years so I'm not sure. I started going to Mandera a few years ago because I tried to make an appointment at either SSR or Grand Floridian and was given such a hard time, I decided to try Mandera and really liked it. If you do go to Mandera, you can park at the Portofino in the garage and they will validate your parking. I usually plan on dinner at citywalk after my treatment so we use the parking to our advantage. There is also a Mandera at either the Swan or Dolphin but I like the one at the Portofino better.
