Last Sat. morning, I managed to ride Soarin' four times (one standby, three FP). This morning I went with a friend, and we got three standby w/waits of less than 20 mins. and two FP, and we could easily have fit in another ride with FP, although Standby did get bad (55 mins. when we left). I just could not believe how the dead the parks were. If you're going next week, get there early and you can get a huge hunk done before the crowds hit. We arrived at Epcot around 9:30 a.m.

Wow. I hope this continues until the time we're there from 10/5-10/14, but I have a feeling a lot of other Fall Breakers will be filling up the parks by then.

We were there last week, and could not believe how few people there were. Waits in Fantasyland at MK were less than 5 minutes at 11 in the morning!

Parks are a little slow, ride time waits didn't pass 10 minutes on almost all the rides. Going to let little one take a nap back at the cabins, and heading back at 7 tonight to MK for MNSSHP tonight, can't wait to see his face.

It's been a few years but we've been to WDW twice in mid-September and it was GREAT! No crowds but it was very hot. I'll take the heat and no people over cooler temperatures and crowds any day!

This is great to hear! Makes me feel better about taking a 2 and 3½ year olds into the queues.

I was there this morning too. When we first arrived, Haunted Mansion was down. Did IASW, Peter Pan, Snow White, Pooh, Tea Cups, and Carrousel all as walk ons. Went back and did HM. It was great! Crowds seem a very light. Longest wait we saw was 20 mins on PoTC, but they only had 1 side open.
Left around noon. It was hot, but not unbearable. Have a great time!

Ahhhhhh!!! You're killing me! I wish I was there.
I was there last year from September 13-18 and decided that was the time to go. Very little wait times for anything.

This makes me very happy! We are heading down tomorrow! Hope the whole week stays this way!:cool1:

I am quite excited to hear this as well. :cool1: We are leaving tomorrow. We always travel in September because of the low crowds. Glad to hear the the free dining hasn't affected the parks.

We arrive in a couple of days too. Ive been worried about the crowds as dinner reservations are getting hard to get. I now just have to cope with the heat :lmao:

I was in Epcot last Saturday and there was no one there all day. The countrys were dead! All my pictures it looks like we were the only one's there. It was nice, BUT WICKED HOT!! I found the a/c inside was WAY to cold. It was one extreme to the next. Oh well...we had had a blast just hubby and I and no kids.

I hope it stays like this till at least the fist of October! We'll be at Disney September 27th - October 1st and at Universal October 2- 4. Can't wait!

I got in the standby line for Peter Pan either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week, there were only 4 people in front of me and 2 of them did not get on (little boy got scared)!!!

It was great.

At Splash Mountain about 10:30 am on Wednesday, you could practically jog all the way up to get into one of the cars. I have never seen lines like that before, even when I went back in September 2002.

Just be sure and bring your ponchos and waterproof shoes.

So glad to hear this, we were there third week of august and it was terrible could not believe the crowds - seemed worst than thanksgiving last year.

So we decided that we would try september next.

The last weekend of September is the first of the Food & Wine Festival so EPCOT will be getting pretty crowded in the eveing.

Boy I hope it stays like that for the next month or two. Haven't booked my trip yet, but low crowds would be very nice.

Its a Known Fact that Sept 1-29th is "Less Crowded time.":thumbsup2

I leave in a few days, and am sooooooooooooooooooo happy to hear about this!!!

Woooooooo!
