Man denied admission to Legoland for not having a kid with him

I doubt Disney would follow - Epcot's F&W is for adults, as are all the races, the Petty Experience, many of the meals, the spas, etc.

The local children's museum in our area will not allow adults without children. Never been to LEGOLAND, but the Disney parks are not targeted specifically to children. As was mentioned regarding Epcot, there are a number of activities and attraction at all the parks that are more adult/family-geared than only kids, unlike a children's museum where all activities are for school age kids.

I go down each December for a conference and hit all the parks alone each day. I do feel a bit strange at times on the rides alone but I notice that a lot of other folks are doing the same thing.

Just a FYI: The article has been updated to point out that this occurred at a Legoland Discovery Center, not a Legoland park. A Discovery Center is more like a child's play area in a mall, so it makes perfect sense that a single adult was barred from entering. :)

Yes I did see the update but I also saw nothing that says a kid cannot be admitted without an adult so I guess kids can run amuck without adults
