Mamma Melrose lunch vs diner..same menu??

Is there a different menu? All ears shows that it is the same for both meals.. but not wdwinfo. Just wanting to know which is correct. thanks

The WDW site lists only one menu. The link on the lower right says lunch and dinner menu. There is not a link for each of them. So probably same menu?
