Mama Mia

My sweet daughters took me to Toronto yesterday to see the play "Mama Mia"!! It was fabulous and we had a great time!!!

I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about seeing it to do it!!!

We've seen it twice and loved it. I wouldn't turn down a chance to see it a third time, either.

We (myself, DW, DS8, DS6) are going to see it in June when the Touring Show comes to Hartford. DW has the CD and has been playing it for years for the kids. They love it, especially DS6. We are going on his birthday. It should be fun. DW has been trying to figure out the story and its ending form the songs on the CD, so it will be interesting to actually see if sheis right. Who would have thought those old songs of ABBA from the 70's would make a great musical. Glad to hear it is good.

I have tickets to see it on Broadway in a couple of weeks. A girls "day" out! Dinner at our fav Italian resturant, Tony's after!

I can just taste the homemade Sangria now!! Yum!!!

You'll have a blast when you go!! My daughters took me as a Mother's Day gift. Last year they took me to see The Lion King and it was fabulous as well. I mentioned that Mama Mia looked like it would be great to see too and they surprised me this year with tickets. They weren't sure whether they would enjoy it since they weren't familiar with ABBA music but they thought it was fantastic!! So much so that they said we should make this an annual thing!! Hopefully Beauty and the Beast will come out again!! I saw that many years ago and absolutely loved it!!

Ah, yes! DH & I saw it in SF a few months a go & we both loved it! ('course - I just love going into the City for anything!)
