Mama Melrose

So I'm here now and booked a 4:50 Fantasmic reservation at Mama Melrose, I check in and they tell me 30-40 minutes?????  Why do I have reservations if I have to wait almost an hour? This is my 3rd time here and have never had this happen before, anyone else??

Yes.

I had a 5:00 ADR at 1900 Park Fare, which I thought was the earliest seating. I check in and at 5:30 ask why it is taking so long. I was told they started seating at 4:30, why on earth would the ADR system allow me to book a 5:00 ADR if there isn't a seat until people start leaving? We finally got seated at 5:55 pm.

We got seated in about 25 minutes so not too bad. Our waiter more than made up for it though. His name was Kevin and he was fabulous. We even left a hefty tip cause he was awesome!!!
