Has anyone had the bread salad appetizer? Is it just a salad with croutons?

Do you know if you can order a "side" of spaghetti marinara?

I ordered that on our last trip. Here's a photo of it. The olive bread on the side of my plate isn't part of the salad. I sampled that from the "bread appetizer" that my dd ordered.

That pic reminds me how yummy that bread appie was! I am used to being served bread in italian restaurants, so it was strange to order it. But the roasted garlic was such a nice touch!

We had dinner there last month and got free bread. However that was after we ordered and didn't order the bread appetizer or any other appetizer. I had the feeling that if we had ordered any appetizer that we might not have gotten the bread.
