Day 2


We finally made. Here we are on the airport monorail to go get our luggage. Our new family joke is How long does it take to fly from California to Orlando. And the punch line is 29 hours!! Yikes!!

I LOVE her face in this photo!!! She's so adorable and precious.

Yay for all the extra pixie dust so far on the trip. More, more, more!!! LOL.

Awww... THANKS!!! And thanks for posting the comment about the picture. I didn't even notice her silly face. There is a story behind that face though. I wanted to snap a picture of the family on the Monorail and she was worried about me. She was saying mommy hurry sit down. And I was telling her okay I just want to take one picture. So there she is smiling a quick (stressed out ) smile to hurry and get her mom safe in a seat.

Our life can be at times...you are probably to young to remember when there used to be a movie of the week, I used to joke our lives would be a movie of the month... I am SO ready for a trip!

I am patienlty waiting...posting pics is a LOT of work!!! Thank you for making me smile!

When things get really hairy (and lets face it sometimes they do), I remind myself what a friend told me once...I am like a Phoenix who rises from the ashes...I might get burned up; but, I always come back....Nice way to look at it, I think.

What a magical update...Mallory got ALL THREE of her Wishes and it is only "technically" day one... LOVE IT!!! and love the smiles, the pictures, the update!!!!!

Kindred spirits... I totally agree!! I know it was awesome that all Mallory's wishes were coming true and here we were at the beginning of the trip. Technically day 1, just as you said!! I kept calling it day 1 as well, since the stop in New Orleans technically didn't count!!!

Yes that's her TOO cute surprised face!! I'm so glad we caught it!! It was hard to catch those surprise faces at Disney. Opening the BIG GIVES was easy since we had the camera pointed at her for those moments!!!

Hi friends,

I'm back with another Trip Report Post!!! When I last left you we were leaving Animal Kingdom. Once we got back to Give Kids the World it was time for dinner and our 1st GKTW theme night!!!! Tonight was the CANDY LAND CARNIVAL and it was AMAZING!!!

But I will let the pictures do the talking...

Me and Mallory played the World's Largest Candy Land Game!! We were the pieces in the game and we moved around a giant game board park!!!!

First you pick a card

Then Mallory picked how we would move to our spot. We danced, shook our bottoms, marched, swam, flew, cawed (like birds), swung like monkeys, and hopped on one foot.

Finally, She's a WINNER!!!

After the Candy Land game we went to the Candy Land Carnival

Here's the fish game

There were games, dancing, a slow motion contest, prizes (she won a wooden car), and treats!!!

Free popcorn!!!

On the way back to our Villa Mallory rescued a frog from the street. She is SUCH an animal lover!!

She found a nice home for him in the bushes

Once we got back to our Villa Mallory unpacked her suitcase (which was filled with toys) and set up her room all by herself!! It was TOO cute!!!

And that is finally the end of day 2 (which was really day 1 )!! What a WONDERFUL day it was!!
