Have you stayed at OKW before? Do you like it? I'm probably renting points for a trip in October or Nov now and I thought OKW would be good for my grandma since she likes places where you can park right by your room.

We had an awesome MK day yesterday. We were able to do pretty much everything and saw all 3 night shows!

haha, yesterday it was hot but not too unbearable. Today is another story...rain, rain, and more rain! Hopefully it will clear up later this week but it said there's a chance for scattered showers every day. Boo.

No, this is our first time at Old Key West. It is really nice. Big, but nice. If you have a car it'd probably be more convenient. We are lucky that our room is right by the main building and the stop is the last one on the loop but coming back from the parks it takes about 10 extra minutes to loop around the whole resort.

Hi everyone!

I'm kind of bummed to say that today was a VERY wet day for us. It has literally been raining non-stop all day. Crazy! In all our trips I can't remember ever having a day like this. Boo!

On the bright side (we have to find a bright side, right?!)...

We were able to get to both Hollywood Studios and Epcot and were still able to do quite a few attractions. Still kind of annoying having to bust out the ponchos today. Hoping tomorrow's weather is better. I'll blame the rest of my family, they must've sucked all the nice weather out of Florida when they were here.

I feel your pain girl! When TS Faye hit...it was a whole week like that...but we did what you did...looked at the bright side of low crowds and how many rides we could do!!

Hi everyone!!

Just checking in again...the last two days have been MUCH better weather-wise. It's been saying scattered thunderstorms pretty much all week but luckily we haven't had anything too bad since Monday. There was some rain today but we sort of "missed" it-we were in the Animation Academy before the rain and it had stopped when we got out. So that was good.

We have been having a good time-the week is flying by but we still have two whole days left. One of the definite highlights of this trip is our two safaris...if you saw my facebook pictures you probably know what I'm talking about. If not, well, then you'll just have to wait for the TR... Oh, and we got to meet Rapunzel and Flynn Rider today which was awesome. Love Flynn Rider!

Sounds like you're having a good time!!! I haven't been back 2 full weeks yet and my skin is already yucky again..I miss that FL heat and weather!!!

One of my kids left for FL today, I told him he can't come back Tues unless he's tan!!

Well everyone, we made it back home safe and sound. Back to reality now.

As I mentioned earlier this week, this was definitely the wettest trip to WDW I've ever experienced. But, we still had a good time regardless of the rain. For those of you who followed me on facebook, hope you enjoyed the couple updates...otherwise I hope you enjoyed them on here!

I'm looking forward to starting a new TR. However, I think I might do it a little differently this time considering I've done how many of them now and they're all starting to sound the same! I may just do highlights from each day instead of the typical minute by minute account. So, stay tuned!
