Making Ressies

I am new to DVC and I haven't had time to call MS. I filled out the online form for a reservation and I have not heard back from them. It stated that I will receive an email in 3 business days, it has been 5. Do I need to find the time to call or just have some patience.

To be on the safe side, I'd call. I know that they are very busy with December reservations.
