What is the best way to make reservations, online or phone? If I am making reservations 180 days out can I get online at midnight? If I call instead what time do phone lines open? Thanks

I always make my reservations online. I made mine at the 180 day mark, but not until I got up in the morning. I had no problem getting Be Our Guest or Le Cellier.

The online system rolls at 6:00 am EST and the phone systems open up at 7:00 am EST.

Personally, I start with the online system at 6:00 am EST because it gives you the slight advantage of opening an hour before the phones. While the PP said, they were able to get Be Our Guest without an issue, I would still consider BoG, 'Ohana, CRT, Chef Mickey's, and anything pre-rope drop in a park among the hard to get ADRs. Le Cellier has become significantly easier to get once it went to an all day Signature status.

Thank you so much! One of the reservations we're trying to get is Be Our Guest so we'll be online at 6!
