I'm sure this is asked all the time, so I apologize, (I usually stay off-site) - I'm planning a Grand Gathering and curious as to how far in advance you can book rooms. Also, are there any restrictions to the AAA discount? Thanks!

As far as I know, you can book as far as you want in advance for *room only*. But your rate will change once the rates for that particular year come out. I booked my up coming trip a year and a half in advance. Once the new rates came out I then was able to convert it into a package. Sorry, I don't know anything about the AAA since I don't have that.

You can book reservations 499 days in advance. Usually if you do it this far in advance, the real rates will not be available, and no packages or discounts will be available. All of these, rates/packages/discounts start becoming available during the summer for the next year. The AAA discounts will become avialable around this time. If you make a room only reservation at the 499 day mark, you will be able to add the AAA discount to the reservation when it becomes available, assuming they are available for your room.
