Making requests

Do requests have to be made at the time the reservation is made? If not, how do you go about adding a request to a reservation?

If you make the reservation on-line, no requests can be noted at that time. Reservations made by phone can have requests noted when made. You can also call back and add requests after the reservation is made.

The on-line check-in process will allow for a limited selection of requests be made via check-boxes. Since the selectable requests may not match with what you want, it's best to have them noted on the reservation by MS.

I always make my requests online through the DVC page.

On the "Vacation Center" page, Under "Contact Us", click "send us an email".

Make sure to note your your Travel Plan # and your room requests. Quick, easy, and they'll email you after they note the requests on your account.

I just send an e-mail.

I call after the reservation is made. Makes me feel a little more sure that the request is actually being noted.

Too bad they don't display the extra info like this online.

I call, if I book online. If not I simply give them when making the reservations.
