Their birthday is the 22nd but severalfriends and family will be away then so we moved it up a week!!! They will be 14

I see your under 40 days, it must feel good. We are at 41 so we're not far behind you, I'm not sure what Rosie is. Its getting to be time to do some serous thinking about what to take ?? We're taking rain gear with us this year, so now there won't be hardly any rain at all this year. I guess thats good. I have to remember the starbucks coffee and some filters to use in the coffee maker. The coffee just isn't that good there,and starbucks is my guilty pleasure. I hope all the plans are going good. I'll put up our dinners so we can see if we cross paths. Good luck with getting ready, and don't forget the dryer sheets, we can't tease Rosie about it she already packed them. Talk to you later ,

Good morning

This past weekend, David,(my DH) Corri and I where talking about our vacation( we tend to do that alot)
When we 1st started planning our trip was Friday Sept 11th thur Sunday Sept 20th with flying and 6 of us going.

Then we decided we would drive, Corri worked Monday thur Thursday, she asked her boss for that Thursday off*Sept10th so we where going to leave on Wed nite and drive staright thur



So the "New plans are to leave on Sat/Sun nite about
2:30 a.m drive as far as we are comfortable, get a room and drive the rest of the way on Monday, we going to spend a day at the beach on Tuesday, Thinking about getting a room in St Augustine or Cocca beach area. Wed we will go to Sea World, will get a room in Orlando. Thursday check into Pop's
This get us a extra day at WDWBecause we figured we would be too tired to after driving 18 hr to do anything so we where just planning on staying at the resort. So we might be able to go to the MK and get Landen his 1st haircut!!!!!
So this make our trip only
33 days away

I'm getting to excited to sleep

Nice too hear about extra vacation days, those are always good. I guess you'll have to pack more stuff !!! Longer trip, extra dryer sheets and laundy soap. we backed up one day to leaving on the 12th because my wife was off that day so we figured what the heck. Have fun being ONLY 32 days away.

I can't believe just a little over 30 days and I will be leaving for Orlando.

Been trying to figure out what might be a good stopping place, and check on prices for motels,

Still have to order my Photopass CD and pins for trading.

Got a program for printing tee shirts today , just have to figure it out, that on the agenda for this weekend.

Hi Grace,
Sounds like you and Rosie are all set to leave !!! We are down to 35 days not as soon as I'd like but I need enough time to make sure I get everything done before leaving. I would stay about half way down, no sence in killing yourself to get down only to spend 2 days trying to recouperate from the drive. I've only ever flown so I have no ideas for a place to stop over. I would stay at a big exit so there is anything you would want., and its easy to find your way back on the road. Good luck on finding a place to stay maybe a pool would be nice.

Well, we were going to take I75 all the way down, so we were planning on stopping in Macon, GA. That would've been about 10-12 hours the first day. Then about 5-6 the next day. I'm not sure from where you're coming from what would be a good place to stay. You can google like, "how many hours does it take to get to Orlando" and see that way. Then you could decide. What way are you guys taking? 65? (is that a way?) We wanted to get the bulk of our driving done the first day so that we could get to Disney sooner on the second day.
I have heard from Lynn on her TR. They had just gotten back and she had meetings at work. She said she would try to report something this weekend.

Hi Grace !!! Where are you???????We aren getting sooooooo close !! Even Judy is now excited !! Our plans changed from the begining too but only on the 1 person who is NOT coming !!!!!We just don'thve timeto drive notto mention 3 kids cramped in a van I still have to arrange the long term car parking and Judy has to finalize the pet boarding!! I am freaking cuz they don't want to leave early for the airport !! Our flight actually leaves at7:55 am and the airport is a good 30 min drive then you figure parking 30mins and check in luggage another 30 then security another 30 and then fin the departure lounge ! They are talking about leaving at 6 am !! You do the math we are gonna be racing to that plane and I am gonna be ******

I just like you I Want to get to Airport earlier Just in case something unexpected should happen.
I been checking Hotel prices on the internet, found a Super 8 in Kissimee for under $30 and some other places too. thinking will just drive around to make sure it nice and in a safe place. I don't want to book online.
Hotel in St. Augustine are a bit higher arounf $75 was hoping for around $50 going to try Cocca Beach too.
