I just made a big pot of sauce and meatballs and pork. We'll have pasta tonight but I want to make lasagna for Sunday. Can I make it tomorrow and keep it in the fridge and bake it Sunday? Thanks:)

Definetely, but use a bit more sauce than normal as it will absorb a bit and if you are making it with meat, make sure the meat is cooked and cooled before you put the lasagna together. Enjoy your Sunday meal!

Lol, that's funny that we were answering each other:lmao: Thanks-I just got a chance to go away for the weekend with my friend and I think DH will be a bit happier if I at least have dinner covered for one night!!

Sometimes, we'll bake a lasagna just to package it up and eat for lunch during the week. It's even better after a day or so.

I like leftover lasagna better than I like fresh lasagna. I almost always bake it, then let it sit in the fridge for a day or two before I eat it.
