Making gift bags for friends

Hi all!

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this....mods feel free to move if needed....

We will be traveling with a few friends in November staying at BLT!

It's an anniversary trip for my DH and I. ALL adults! YESSSS!!!

I'm trying to think of little gift bags to make for our friends traveling with us. Most of them haven't been to the world in decades.
So just little essentials and fun things for them for the trip.

Any and all ideas on what to actually put in the bags are welcome!

There are alot of ways you could go with this..... Depending on you releationships


Make fancy invitations. " BE OUR GUEST" Advance Dinning reservation to their favorite restaurant or character meal. Ohana at Poly is funny or Califorina grill on top of Contemporary.

Golf tee times
Spa for Ladies
Cheesy Passport of around the world at epcot- drinks included (seen many try and few succeed.)

Disney Gift card, you can purchase at disney store and use at park

Check out disneystore.com they have park merchandise sometimes on sale that you could get- all matching tshirts for the day!! why not you are in disney

I love this idea! It totally depends on how big or small you want to go, how silly you and your friends are.

I agree with everything the previous poster said and here are a few of my suggestions:

- Reusable water bottles (and some powdered drink mix if you're sensitive to FL water taste)
- Band-aids/moleskin/tiny first-aid kits
- (homemade) Coupons for a Mickey Bar
- something small from Goofy's Candy Co.
- Pins (either a favorite character, Fab Five, a 2015/year pin, or a pin of your resort)
- Key chains

Hi There!

I was recently at WDW in September for an adult family trip and thought it would be fun to make my family gift bags for use in the parks. It was just little stuff that you don't necessarily think about but wish you had it while in the park. My bags included:

1) Chapstick
2) Kleenex - small individual packs
3) Wet Wipes - travel size
4) Eye glass cleaner and cloth (cause we all hate it when we get off Splash Mountain and our glasses are wet and spotty. You can usually get small travel sizes at any optical shop)
5) Gum
6) Drink around the World Passports along with fun Disney Pens that goes along with that persons favorite characters (my brother - Marvel's pens and my sister-in-law a fun Minnie Mouse Pen with fur and everything - check the dollar bins at your favorite store for these!)
7) Sun Screen - travel size
8) Small first aid kit - find this at the travel section
9) Ponchos - it was September, so we knew we were going to get rained on!

I hit the travel supply section of just about every store I went in to get idea and to pick things up - it was a lot of fun to put these together! They were a hit and well used on our trip! Sometimes it's these little things that are forgotten and it's a good way to get everyone excited about their trip! We had a great time and looking forward to returning in October 2015 for Food and Wine!

A pop up wash cloth. You can find them in dollar stores. Add a small plastic bag for storage (actually can just use the plastic bag for the other items).

Coins for pressed pennies from their favorite attraction.

Gum if they chew it since none available in the parks.

And since all adults, an individual bottle of wine for drinks back at the room.

If you're going during the Food and Wine Festival, a great gift idea would be these awesome wristband gift cards preloaded to "eat and drink around the world." It would be such a fun adults only experience.
