Making extra money

Did you ever think of Etsy. I do personalized Sandwriting message photography and have a store there. Just started it up 3 months ago and doing quite well. The costs are minimal, .20cents to post your listing, only charges are if you sell they get 3.5% of the sale.

All I can say is WOW....THAT IS BEAUTIFUL....When I have a grandchild I would love for you to do a picture for me...but that may be years down the road...I would like it at today's price though...LOL

How about marketing yourself to the local hospital? Ours has someone who comes to your house to do the "first" baby portrait at one month. I may or may not have spent an obscene amount of money on those pictures.

I was just thinking about volunteering at a Children's hospital. I currently work at the zoo here in Philadelphia so I'm hoping to find a way to market myself to the mothers of young children here.

I have always wanted one of these but with 3 seperate photos (1 for each kid)....

Can you share details of pricing etc (if its allowed on the dis??). I just may be your first customer!

What would be a good price to charge people? I wouldn't even know what would be considered an good price to charge. Like how much would you guys think they're worth? What would be a reasonable price?

You know what might be one way to get it out there? If you know professional people with kids (or whatever else you draw), that you could do one for them, they hang it in their office/place of business, and you could give them some business cards for clients that ask about it....thinking...your pediatrician, lawyers, accountants, hair stylist, dentist, etc. Something that gets a real sample out in the public eye.
