Making DVC Reservations at Boardwalk Villas

We will be at Boardwalk Villas this September when our 11 Month booking window opens for our next years vacation.

Question: Are there Cast Members in the Main Lobby that can make our 2020 DVC Reservations for us or would it be better to call or do it online?

Don’t think so. The Main lobby is staffed by resort staff not DVC member services. Think you will need to do it online (or call in but you will be an hour behind the online bookers)

I've never heard of main lobby cast members making future reservations...only the occasional adjustment to a current reservation (ie upgrade/cancellation).

If you are trying for a standard/boardwalk view view I'd do it online when booking opens. If pool/garden view you can probably wait and call if that is more convenient for you.

If you don't have access to a device to do it online, you'll have to call MS. August isn't one of the more difficult times to book at 11 months, so you should be just fine calling MS at 9 am, even if you want a standard view. Good luck!
