Making Dining reservations for 9 people up to ten days

I have a family group of nine in our party (2 BR at VWL for 8 nights) and want to book multiple dining reservations for up to 8 days in advance. Since it is impossible to book for nine people, I will book for a party of five on my MDE account and my wife will book a reservation for the other four people. Can both of us book reservations for the eight days in advance on our MDE accounts. We are both listed on the reservation.

Shouldn't be an issue. We split our reservations 4 and 5 and were able to book at the same time slot. We were on the same reservation and had no issue, both showed up in our group on MDE. Just recommend reaching out to the restaurant when you check in before you get there to let them know you are two reservations that want to sit together. They'll say they cant promise anything, but we've had luck.

My last trip we were 9. I just made the reservations for 8 and added another guest (usually one of the children) during check in. No issues at any restaurant.
