Making changes to reservations

I'm planning on booking our ADR's at the 180 day mark, to not miss out on any I really want to try. However it's possible that there will be some people who either won't be able to make it, or some who don't know yet what they're doing.

How hard is it to either add, or remove people from the ADR's?

I think it will depend on the restaurant and whether or not you are changing table size. Going from 3 - 4 people should really be no problem since most restaurants don't have 3 person tables. But if you go from 4 -5 people, you'll need a larger table that may not be available.

I did my ressies at the 180 day mark and then two more decided they were going with us two weeks later. Some of the more popular places we couldn't change the ressies for the same time but most only changed by less then 15 mins. Taking people off is no problem at all. I asked the cm and they said it is easier to take people off then add them on! Good luck!

Thanks! I suppose it just means if they aren't able to tell me now, then they just wont get in at the more popular restaurants. I'm not going to lose something I'm dieing to try just coz they can't make up their mind!
