Making ADRs Online

I've been out of the Disney planning loop for a while now because I had a baby...my girls are 12 years apart so you know...waiting for the baby to grow a little (she's 2 now) to get back into the groove. Noticed I can book ADRs online now! :cool1: I'm VERY late, yes, but I just wanted to let everybody know how happy I am and how useful this tool is! :goodvibes

How does everybody like it? I haven't used it yet (too early), but I wanted to know if there were any issues with this tool.

I can't stand it. It let's me make one ressie at a time and then starts downloading quotes. I've had it on my to do list to call for awhile now.
 
I prefer to do things online rather than talk to people over the phone, so it has been great for me. The only problem I see with it is that it doesn't keep track of all of the reservations associated with your email address. You need to physically input all of the reservation numbers if you want to see/print them all on the same page.

Also, if you make an ADR via phone you cannot cancel it via the web.

as pp said I do wish with the email all the ADR's would come up. but aside from that I really like it:thumbsup2
 
Wow, didn't know you could do ADR's online now!! Can someone send me a link or tell me how to find the site?
 
I thought it was great when I used it. I think the best feature was when the ressie you want isn't available then it reccommends another restaurant near it that you might like

Yes, I'm the same way, so I really wanted to like the online reservation system. It works fine in some ways, but I agree -- the fact that it doesn't keep track of all of the ADRs is really frustrating. It's so basic! I have an account, an associated email address, and an associated phone number, so why can't it just pull up ALL of the ADRs associated with that information? :confused3

Worse, I've had it fail to recover an online ADR when I entered the confirmation number! I copied and pasted the number straight out of the confirmation email, so I knew it was correct. I had to call to make sure the ADR was really still there! I was a bit concerned since it was for a large party at Ohana on the Saturday before Easter, so I didn't want to take any chances. I still have a chilly feeling in my heart that we're going to turn up at the kiosk and be told, "Nope, no ADR on record!" :scared:
