Making ADR's for party; some not on DDP?

Is this possible? We're traveling to the World in March with two other families. Two of the families will be on DDP; one will not. Will I be able to make ADR's for EVERYONE? DH thinks that I won't be able to make ADR's for the family that's NOT on the plan.....

Also, we'll be a party of 6 adults and 5 kids; will I need to contact Group Sales?

Not sure about the Group Sales question but I have dined with people who were not on the DDP.

We went for a week and were on DDP. Friends joined us for the last day of our trip. I made ADRs for the four of us and when we ordered, we simply informed the waitress that one couple was on the plan and one was not so we would need separate checks. She didn't bat an eye - clearly happens regurally. With that many people, you want to make sure you clearly differentiate between the two groups.

I don't think you qualify as group sales with 3 families. However, you do qualify as a Grand Gathering if that is something that interests you.

You can make ADRs for the entire party. When you get to the restaurant, you will need to tell the server who is on the DDP and who is not. They will actually need to know who is in which party so that they can bring you 3 appropriate tickets to keep track of your DDP credits properly.

The only places that will be at all tricky are those like CRT where then need a credit card to hold the reservation. Actually, you can still do those--make the ressie as if everyone were on the DDP and they will not charge the credit card unless someone fails to show up. When you get there, advise them of who is on the DDP and who is not.
