Making ADRs for LARGE party

We have two grand villas at Saratoga booked for a family vacation the third week of October and I am going to need make ADRs for 19 people!!!

Obviously we won't all be sitting at the same table so what do you think would be the best way to do this -- book smaller parties (i.e. 2 parties of 6 and 1 party of 7) or just book for all 19?

I was going to try to do this online at 90 days out but I am wondering if the system is going to be able to handle it or maybe should I just call?

I woudl appreciate any tips or suggestions since I've never booked for more than 8!

We always have a large party. Last year it was 17, this year its only 11 ! When you call to book you tell them 19 and they ( the computer ) will split it up according to the amount of tables available. We got lucky and were seated next to each other but there is a chance you might be on two different sides of the place. Good Luck!

Thanks. I realize that we may not be sitting next to each other. The important thing is that we are seated at roughly the same time. If we're at table next to each other I'll consider that a bonus!
