Making a payment

Totally automated. I didn't have to talk to anyone at any time during the process.

So Disney IT can make the phone system work but not the web system???? They must be completely incompetent. Amazon would never tolerate that level of incompetence. Time to outsource the whole system to Amazon.

Disney IT has nothing to do with the phone system. Which is why that is still working as it should. :badpc:

I don't really want to call, because I live in Finland and calling to the States is quite expensive. But I have to make a payment soon and it seems that I'll have to ring them up :(

Do you know if I will get some kind of confirmation (e-mail?) that I have paid off the balance?

I'll wait a few more days.. maybe they'll still fix the online system :)
 
the phone system does not work properly for me, every time I enter or say my confirmation number it tells me that number is not found and bumps me to an operator....thank god my trip is paid and I am done calling to make a payment

When they "upgraded" the reservation system it gave most, if not everyone, a new reservation number. Are you using the old one when you call? If you log into your account you can see if your number has changed. I only realized this after receiving a letter in the mail about it.

I never got a confirmation email that my payment went through which had me worried but when I called to check the balance it had been taken off. It also took quite a few days to come out of my bank account. I haven't paid off the trip yet so I'm not sure if they'd send an email once that happens.

I called about a week ago to make my final payment, the automated system was awful, it took forever. I'd recommend speaking to an agent. However, I did get an email confirmation of my payment the next day.
