Make your own salads - where?

Good evening everyone

I'll be taking my mum to WDW for her first trip soon.

Whilst she isnt at all a fussy eater, she wont want to eat, pizza, burger or chicken strips for 9 days.

We have some TS booked, but im looking for suggestions for CS places to try.

I thought Earl of Sanwich would be good, thats at DTD, right?

Im sure i also heard of a make your own salad thing? Maybe at one of the resorts?

If anyone can point me in the right direction, id be most grateful!

Or anyone other suggestions please

Sunshine seasons at Epcot is a great CS option. They have a soup and salad bar.http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?Restaurant.ID=164

Marketplace in BC has a really nice make your own salad.

Many of the countries in the World Showcase @ Epcot have some nice counter service choices. We especially enjoy the Shwarma platter in Morrocco. I hear very nice things about the CS in Japan.
Sunshine Season @ the Land in Epcot has lots of yummy choices as well.
AK: We enjoy the Flame Tree BBQ.
DTD: This past Sept we tried Earl of Sandwich for the first time and absolutely LOVED it. Lots of yummy fresh sandwiches to choose from. We have previously enjoyed Wolfgang Puck Express very much as well.
MK: I have not tried, but plan on doing so in June, Columbia Harbour House. They seem to have some not-your-typical-burger items.
DHS: I can't speak to the CS options there because we have never had any luck with them.

Earl of Sandwich has lots of salads and I am pretty sure they had some choices of ingredients.

If the online menu is still correct, POR has a create your own salad option. They have a pasta one, too. HTH
