Make Dinner PS Now & Wait for CP to be Released?

Does it makes sense now to make the PS for the dinner portion of the CP package at EPCOT, and then wait for the CP package to be released? At that time, inform MS that you have a PS for dinner made for 6:00 and they can just use the PS you made? As we will be there for Thanksgiving weekend, I am wondering if dinner PS's will be heavy because of the holiday. Would that limit the PS's available when they finally release the CP package?

The PS's for the Candlelight Processional are separate. They hold back tables for it, so you don't have to worry they will be gone. I don't believe you can use a PS you already have booked.

Debbie B has given you correct information. There is no advantage to getting a PS now. You cannot use a PS that you make on your own for the CP package.
