I'm laughing because when DH and I went to Disney on our Honeymoon 9 years ago, the very first place we ate was the Mickey D's!! Everyone made fun of us, but sometimes you just need those fries!!

Seriously, I'm loving your report. We're down to less than 40 days till our trip and your report is totally getting me psyched!!!

If you don't mind my asking, about how much are the pins down there? Just a range is fine. I've been buying some pins on ebay to surprise my kids with in a "Going to Disney " goodie bag and I just wondered if I should quit now or get a couple of more. I never thought I'd be into the pins, but I admit I've had fun getting them!!!

The pins are pretty expensive...anywhere from a $5-$15 I guess....

I would definitely buy some from Ebay...I think you can get them for about $1.00 each or so on Ebay...and then you can TRADE them for other ones you like better...so even if you get some duplicates or ones that you really don't want...she can trade them. You can trade them with many cast members and some CM's ONLY trade with kids...

And believe it or not we had a fantastic meal at Red Lobster over at the DTD/Crossroads area once.

I love the new lanyards and the pin collections!! Thanks for the tip on the trading. My DD is into pin trading so we'll have to stop by Pin Traders one day.

Can't wait to hear all about Disney Studio's - formerly known at Hollywood Studios

Pin Traders is fun...but they are expensive there! If I had known I was trading before we left, I would have gotten some from Ebay!

I am so confused about MGM/Hollywood/Disney/Studios... What in the world is it called now?

Glad to hear the next part of the trippie. Glad that you guys had an awesome time at DTD and the Rainforest Cafe. Love that restaurant. went there for my 18 birthday and it was bunches of fun.

I LOVE the Rainforest Cafe. I used to go to the one in Nashville and have some fun memories...so I had to share it with Lauren and her family. We enjoyed our meal and got great service!!

My mind is blank about the rest of your report because all I can think about is that Lauren had to lie down on the bathroom floor!!
yup, I know she had a blanket to lie on but how could the staff abase her like that?

I know also that this is after the fact but if I had the choice between making Becca lie on the bathroom floor or on the floor in a quite part of the restaurant then I would go for the full public viewing. More because I know they would soon be in a real hurry to move us somewhere else less public to avoid their own embarrassment.
Poor, Poor Lauren......At least Lisa got some shrimp out of the fiasco eventually

It is not malignant, she isn't going to die or anything...but it is a nuisance. It causes her to have occasional horrible headaches...and occasionally she gets sick...you know...sick. So she named her tumor "Earl" because it makes her want to "hurl"...SO...You guys can't call me Earl.



So...we can take a vote...Did you laugh...or just think my friend is TOTALLY crazy?? Or both?

She is reading this TR...so I hope SHE laughs!!!! If you come back one day and this post is completely gone...well...you will know she didn't laugh!!

It was really weird reading about you friend because even though Rebecca hasnt got any kind of tumor her low O2 gives her frequent headaches/migraines, they come on SOoooo fast and if we dont get her laying down somewhere and resting with eyes closed or preferably sleeping she also Hurls.....We cant call her migraine Earl though......what about up-chuck-ess?

Actually, it's a picture of an MRI from my brain scan and the tumor is in there somewhere, it's only 3mm, so I can't really see it. Maybe I could name it "Minnie".
